October Goals

I have been slacking in my accountability to myself. I had been using my journal weekly to see where I was standing. I find the writing in the journal helps me to see more clearly where I can make improvements. So I am moving my journal to my sparkpage to keep it more on my mind!

October Goals !
Nutrition = Calories - under 1550 six out of seven days and Water - 10 glasses a day (15 points a week for ALL4Losin total of 60 for Month)

Exercise =

Running 3x a week increasing the amount of time running working on 5K time of 35 minutes! And a November Turkey Trot 5K goal of running the entire time!

Yoga 3x a week

Circuit Training = 4 x a week for 20 minutes

Strength Exercises = Complete 3000 for the month with at least 1000 in core exercises.

Eating Out = Reduce to 2x a week.

Planning of food every week on Sunday or Monday!
