poop! I pulled a calf muscle in step!

So yesterday morning, the 3rd song into my step aerobics class, i felt a something snap in my left calf...ouchie! I marched and kept moving (yah, i actually finished the entire class, but just kept it low) as it felt better to keep it moving and to keep stretching. After i picked up milk at the grocery store, the drive home my calf tightened up and i could hardly walk. I went to emergency, just to have things checked out to make sure it was nothing more serious.
Yes, i'm okay - it is just a strain - nothing serious and i have to rest for a few days and can do mild stretching. It feels like i overworked the muscle and it is really tight. I am moving ba bit etter today. It's hard to not do anything! I feel bad for missing my zumba and yoga class today! I am going to adjust my fitness time so i'll have to eat less to compensate for the lack of activity. Anyone else working through an injury?
