Ups and downs since starting on SP (mostly ups)

I have really enjoyed SparkPeople since I joined. I've only been on here a little over a week.

So far, I'm really disappointed with myself for not exercising more and eating better this past week.

On the other hand, I have a lot to be happy about:
--I've read lots and lots of great things on this website, like articles, member blogs, etc.
--I completed the Week 1 Scavenger Hunt for my Spark class team.
--I got off to a good start on two of my three Fast Break goals.
--I joined a great team, Postive Sparkers.
--I started my SparkPage.
--I bought the Spark book, and I've read the first chapter.

So overall, I'm proud of myself for what I've done so far. Thank you to everyone out there in SparkPeople land!
