I am really committed to sticking with it and getting in amazing shape. Here are my goals starting tomorrow:

-Plan meals and snacks in advance
-Start tracking again
-7 servings of fruit/veggies EVERY DAY
-Strength training 3x a week

I'm going to make myself a schedule tonight :)

    I finally did my meal plan. Kind of repetitive but I read in a few articles and on Dr Oz that eating the same meals everyday prevents you or cuts down the chances of cheating.

    You've been doing great! It will be amazing if you can keep up with these goals. I'm experiencing a little burnout but hope to get it together this weekend. Love reading your posts, it helps keep me inspired and motivated!
