Long Term Goals:
Lose 30 Pounds
Remain Smoke Free for LIFE! ( I quit on January 25th and it's the HARDEST thing I've ever done!)
Week One Fast Break Goals:
Eat 2 fruits or veggies each day.
No regular sodas what so ever.
No Smoking EVER.
Move my body at least 10 minutes a day.
Post a message to Sparkpeople message boards at least once a day.
Read an inspirational quote every day.
