October Goal Update

weight loss has been stressing me out... mostly because it has been weight gain... even thought I have been doing everything right. I lost some weight today, but for the last 2 weeks I gained and it was making me nutty. I have lost .75 inches since Sept 1 so that is a nice feeling. I am still such a work in progress.
Nutrition Okay - changed nutrition to be a little bit higher than 1550 ( I was gaining weight even though I was under calories. High limit is 1633 now. We will see if that helps with the weightloss.
Exercise = Ran 3 x
Yoga 1x (missed 2)
Circuit trainig (3x) missed 1
Strenth training almost to ULC goal
Eating out. ... NOt so good.... 4 times this week. YIKES
