Glad it's Thursday night

I must say I'm glad it's thursday night and I have no pressing appointments tomorrow.
I can relax a bit and get my house cleaned and get a few things done that I want to do...
It's been cold and we even got a bit of snow last nigh but it was gone by noon as the sun was out...but looks like colder weather is moving in...
I'm trying to think of what I can do to keep me busy enough not to eat out of boredom yet let me relax tomorrow... When I have no plans I tend to want to snack a lot, drink a lot of green tea but want pumpkin bread or banana nut bread....

Less than 3 month's and it will be 4 years on this Sparkpeople sure has been interesting and fun.....I hope to be hear a long time from now....trying to stay with my healthy life style....

well not much to say so I'm going to get out in that hot tub and soak for a while than off to bed...I'm going to run on the treadmill in the morning, I need to do better with's not that easy I need to keep trying....

    Keep going you have come such a long ways and your are doing really. Get on the wii and play a game. I always have fun on there lol. Want a good workout get ea sports.

    I also have a problem of eating out of boredom. If you have any crafts that would involve your hands then that would be my suggestion, can't eat and knit at the same time.

    Enjoy your Friday. I have a full Friday because it starts with a coffee shop outing and ends up with scrabble. Both are fabulous and my mind is exhausted at the end of scrabble and then I need time out just to recuperate lol. Hope you had a good happy healthy Friday.

    Wow...four years. That's awesome! And you have come a long way, baby!!!

    Keep yourself busy around the house tomorrow and focus on the tasks, not the food. When you want to eat, get on the treadmill or the Wii instead and see if the distraction helps.
