what is the best cereal, well one that has the least process, low, sugar, high fiber, and taste good.
does anyone have a good oatmeal recipe?

and what is a good yogurt that doesn't have corn syrup ....and not high calorie

what are your favorite healthy foods...
I'm needing to try different foods, to keep this going and not get bored with the same old things

    I eat the quaker oatmeal that is high fiber. My new favorite cereal is multigrain cheerios with blueberries. I also like the new kashi cereal with the berries and all it is a crunch.

    well today I can not help you.... but see you do have several suggestions ..
    I do eat dannon 0% fat no sugar added with no aspirtine is good..

    Steel cut oatmeal is very good, it does take longer to cook but is great not only for fiber but keeps me full.

    I am always on the prowl for different yogurt and look at low fat, but I really love Traders Joes Greek yogurt -plain and then I add sugar substitute, very creamy.

    The Nabisco shredded wheat and fiber takes good and has lots of fiber (I don't recall how much exactly but it was a goodly amount). I sometimes have it for breakfast when I'm in the mood for cereal, and sometimes just eat it like popcorn (a serving size).

    Yoplait makes a great yogurt for Fiber one in peach, strawberry and Lime. They are all good, but I like the Peach the best. 5 Grams of fiber also in one and I think 50 calories. Artificially sweetened. Not sure you use fake sweeteners?

    Here they serve oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon and then offer regular or sugar free maple syrup besides. It makes a great combination.

    My favorite oatmeal recipe... I believe Oatmeal is the Perfect carb treat!!

    1 serving of old fashioned oatmeal, cinnamon, agave sweetner or sweetner of your choice, vanilla and 1 tbls of Peanut Butter. It's like eating a Warm Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie in a Bowl. It is my go too comfort food.

    I am interested in the yogurt ? I have also noticed that a lot of them have corn syrup.

    I like old Fashioned Oatmeal. With a sprinkle of cinnoman and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Probably too many calories with the brown sugar, but it has to have a little something for flavor. I would say the best yogurt is Dannon light & fit. I have a friend at work that has me drinking my greens. I put spinache (the whole bag), carrots, avacado, an apple, an orange and about 40 oz of water in a blender and mix it on liquify. I drink 16 oz a day. it helps get all of the servings for veggies and fruits in. It isn't as bad as it sounds.
