Walked over 3 miles today. Took a Senior to a doctor appointment. Had an interview at an employment agency. Signed up to just do occasional short term assignments. Don’t know if they’ll call, but a few Xtra $’s would be nice once in a while.

Had another big fruit day, but I'm loving it. Nothing like natural. On my tracker it looks like I ate 2 Large bananas at the same time, but it was 2 times over an afternoon and since 1/2 a large is one serving , that was 4 servings of fruit right there.

Today’s stats:

    Great job on the freggies mini challenge! You beat me by 1 point on the sparkpoints yesterday..lol

    I'm finding that I don't have calorie room for junk foods if I eat five fruits and vegetables. Yesterday I had the choice to eat my 5th serving of fruit OR a pudding cup...I opted for the pudding cup emoticon , but on the positive side, I limited the sweets to that pudding for the entire day. (Quite an accomplishment for a die hard sugar junkie) And I DIDN'T eat any left over b-day cake or ice cream. I'll get my full 5 today.

    So glad you are able to do the walking again and that you gradually are doing more. I love my bananas too. My husband eats at least two a day.
