Well I have made it to day 9, which is quite an achievement for me. Been able to stay within my calorie range, and get in my 30 minutes of cardio a day. I have not started strength training yet.
I will be leaving for California next week for a week, and when I return plan on starting with a personal trainer. I have a chronic pain issue and need to be really careful about exercise.
I wasn't able to snow shoe today, but did manage to get in 30 minutes on the Wii Fit.
