WOW!!! I have been trying to do this program and for the most part doing well in it. I am getting used to no sugar in my coffee (Not) butwill soda during the week just one on Saturday. I have been eating more than ever and find it an effort but I am sticking to it. In the past I would go all day on no food and then have a big dinner, etc. It is hard retraining myself to eat during the day but I am doing it! I still have my wine but less of it! Anyway, I thought I would weigh myself thinking there would be NO change, but I have lost 5 pounds!!!! WOOHOO! emoticon
