SoulCollage Reading...

I have chosen this as the back of all of my Committee Cards. I see it as myself creating the tapestry of who I am. The comet in the picture is the SWAN comet. SWAN stands for imaging long talk for capturing pictures of the universe, but to me it represents the time in my life when I accepted my spiritual healing journey (officially). I see the Committee Cards as pieces of the inner me and my life's influences.

I seem to keep returning to this Committee Card...First Love
A youth heralds the joy by playing a toy horn. A young man smiles as a boy facing a great adventure. A young girl looks over her shoulder at the 'boy-turning-man's eagerness. She is shy, yet excited. The look is antique. The feel is alive. The original spark.

I am one who remembers the things that have allowed you to feel your most alive. I am one who still feels that rush of Love, that excitement. that drive... I am one who holds on to these gifts. I am one who must learn to let go and let all the wild ideas fly. I am one who is the beginning.


This cards is one of the Medicine Reading Cards I made to help me remember where I am in the Sacred Hoop/ Medicine Wheel of Healing. It is named Clarity-The Spirit Path of the East. The mineral represented is mica. The plant Rosemary. The totem animal Hummingbird. The color clear. Its general spirit path is to open channels to see things more clearly...Become a channel of energy.

Feelings: "Become a channel of energy" The direction East is the place of the dawn, remembered beginnings, new creations. Be creative when acknowledging choices and changes~Remember the original spark.

How it relates to me: The challenges I have been facing lately will soon smooth out. Medication costs and readjustments need to be included into the budgeting (choice) process. I will remember the original spark and approach my healing process from a point of clarity (Ah Ha) based on physiology and creativity.

Additional notes: Rosemary clears the airways...BREATHE! Mica is composed of many, many tiny transparent windows that can peel away and fly.

I am finding that pulling a card every day is not yet working for me. Every card I pull seems to hold lessons I need for a longer space of time and the reading changes every time I revisit the 'I am who scenario...I think this is awesome! Preparing my readings for sharing (ie., typing mostly) takes a little while because of my fingers, but the process is a slow and steady healing process...just like my body. I am really getting a good picture of how the inner and outer me need re-balancing...even though I thought I was in control.

For my choice to allow the healing of SoulCollage into my life, I am grateful.
