Valentines day recovery

Wednesday, February 17, 2010

Well it has taken me a few days to bounce back from my valentines day binge. Seems as if, once you lose that rhythm its hard to get going again.

I took a chance and hopped on the scale this morning, and I am actually down a pound! emoticon I have kicked up the cardio, and it is working. Also I am finally starting to believe that my body needs more calories to lose weight!
Seems as if whenever I eat on the higher end of calories, I lose. What a GREAT thing.

Anyway we are still getting hit by massive amounts of snow here, another foot added to the almost 3 on the ground already. We are heading out to California tomorrow for a week, I am SO looking forward to it! Hoping for some sunshine.

Have a great day everyone, gonna go snow shoe today.

Blessings

I've heard that several times before, eat at the mid-to-higher end of the range and you lose much more easily. Almost as if our bodies are scared we're not going to feed them enough at the lower end of the range.

YAY! Congrats on losing!! Unfortunately, I just have a problem with not being hungry, so I never get my full amount of calories, which I think is really hurting my weight loss.

Good luck! Have a great vacation, and I will be wishing I was there :) lol. This snow is getting ridiculous!

Louise, I have always heard that but been WAY to scared to test it out. I am now a believer :) Thanks for the comment!

Yes, eating more calories does cause weight loss! When you eat more calories, your body does not think it is in a starving mode! HAVE A GREAT VACATION! Enjoy the sun and the warmth!
    GOD BLESS!
