Lots to think about.

Thursday, February 18, 2010

I have a lot to work out and think about.
I have spent most of my 57 years dreaming about what i would do "IF ONLY" I was normal it's going to take me a while to me some real soul searching and trial and error to figure out where I'm going with my life.....
I know this for sure I'll never give up.....
I got some very good information from people and appreciate the e-mails, they all ahve me thinking and moving forward in my journey....I'm learning so much...

I will continue on track, eating healthy and exercising daily...If I do that I will be okay...
and then also try new things, remind myself if I got here no telling where I could go and end up at.....especially with all the help from my dear sparkfriends who have helped me in untold makes me proud to know I have helped them too...
I plan on staying with Sparkpeople no matter what....

I did read the OA steps and have to say they don't seem to click with me and my it denial or something else, but I will continue to push forward and not look back....If I wake up 5 years from now and weight 144 pounds that would be great...

So friends I'll be here blogging and post my feelings my adventures my problems, my joys and dreams....and I'll be here for you too, watching you all reach your goals each day...

    Wonderful :)

emoticon time 2 find your new "what if, when I get there" so you'll have something to work towards.

emoticon did you get the new The Spark book? It has a nice chapter on maintenance and some ideas for moving forward. I can only imagine at this point, but i do imagine we will have to adjust our thinking & expectations! I can't wait to do things like shop for clothes without worrying if I'll fit between the racks! Shopping slim must be a whole new identity... just like doing everything slim! You are doing all these things as a slimmer & fitter you! For the 1st time in a long time, eh? Exciting! Scary! Awesome! Enjoy & have fun :)
