It's been awhile since I have written... lets see; I am eating healthier, but want to eliminate sugar altogether. My doctor told me that my addiction to sugar is causing my energy to go down- the- toilet. Tonight was my first work-out with my Kettle-ball... I must say; I can feel it. The program consists of working out 20-mins @ 3-days a week- even I can do this. I do feel good about my efforts.
