I made a great smoothie today. 1/2 Cup frozen blackberry, raspberry, blueberry blend of fruit; 1 tsp vanilla; 1/2 of a small banana; 1/4 C half/half; 1/2 C 1% milk. OH IS IT GOOD! (I put some ice in and took out the pieces that did not melt into the shake/frostie/what you want to call it.) I totally enjoyed it!
The Silver Spurs Rodeo was fun, last night. The 3 older boys enjoyed it, the little girl was too young to appreciate it. She'll be 3 next month.
I had another good day today, with good food choices and good walking distances and exercises on bands and weights.
