weekly plan

Sunday is my planning day.
I plan everything, from meals to exercise to what I will wear this week

I find for me that planning is my best way to keep on my personal plan...

I also noticed that since I added a few more calories I have not been poking food in my mouth as I cook or fix meals.....I'm feeling better about it and feel more in control again....

I had 2 days of some really good walking exercise..and over 20k steps each day....

So not much going on, things are on track so can't ask for more than that....

Hoping for a good week and keep trying to eat clean and not get over whelmed with things I can't change.....

If I do my best I can't ask for more than that.
