Walked 30 minutes, and played pool for 240 minutes.
I went well over my calories. I don’t feel good, have a scratchy throat and itchy ears and congestion. A lot of my friends have this. I think it’s feed a cold?? I sure did lots of that today.

I made that smoothie again today, I totally enjoyed it!

    P.S. - I fell short on my fiber today, which is unusual, but I know why - I have been trying to eat what is in my frig before I leave, so I didn't buy much fresh produce for this week! So your fiber puts my fiber to shame today.

    A little hot toddy never did any harm either. Sorry you're feeling lousy. Talk to me about this itchy ears thing. Don't believe I've had that experience....and don't think I want to. Where do you play billiards? Is it a club? Are you on a team? And considering the frequency you play, can I bet on you in the next tournament? LOL Do try the V8 diet Fusion. It comes in different flavors, is really delish and doesn't mess with the calories and fats like milk or cream. Besides milk makes more mucus in the throat and you don't really need that with a cold.

    Your smoothie sounds like a good way to coat the throat. Hope you feel better soon. I went that the past two months. The cough has lingered but is almost gone. Chicken soup and hot tea with lemon. Isn't that what's recommended? :) -- Lou
