i think i'll get back to tracking water and exercise. i've been maintaining my weight successfully for seven months now, so i'm pretty confident with the food (aside from my sugar binges, which continue to plague me). but water intake and exercise are lacking. just got back to exercise now since my back is feeling better ... this morning i did the bike and some crunches and lifting, and boy can i feel the difference. i don't feel slumped and tired, i feel alert and the blood is flowing ... note to self: oxygen to the brain is a good thing! moving forward (again) ...
