Week 1 challenge

Week 1 has past and I was doing very well. The whole week I got weight just about everyday and it was down 2 lbs. The day of the weight-in I was up 2. WHAT GIVES. I'm hoping for a better week this week. I was hoping to lose at least 10 in 6 weeks I didn't think that was much but at this rate I won't lose anything.
