Spring Challenge Day 3

Yesterday my goal was 10 cups of water
I was not feeling well yesterday at all, I still am not feeling very well. I think I have a sinus infection. I did make supper at home last night, it was a new recipe I got from Pampered Chef. It was really easy and will be a great summer meal because you use the microwave to cook it. I like that Pampered Chef's recipes have the nutrition info on their recipes. I was happy that this one only had 330 calories but about fell off my chair when I saw the sodium. I know that my sodium wasn't as high because I made it with low sodium chicken broth and I rinsed my ham, the meal was still plenty salty for me (I never add salt to any recipe unless it is baking). I have added notes on my recipe to sub ham for chicken or turkey and instead of fresh baby spinach leaves try chopped frozen spinach. The youngest didn't appreciate the "big" leaves in the meal. I think the chopped spinach would mix in nicer.
So today's goal or should I say this weekend's goal (because it is such a challenge for me) is to eat at home or if we eat out choose from the healthy menu for all my meals. When we do go out to eat my mind knows what to order but my mouth says the wrong thing. I am hoping this won't be too much of a challenge. My husband has to work late tonight and tomorrow all day and the oldest will be gone for the weekend, so it will be just me and the youngest one. I have an activity planned for Saturday that will keep us up and moving and of course there is housework. I am also hoping for nicer weather so we can go outside for a little walk.
