Had a good food day

I had bought some lightly breaded frozen sole filets and had one with some frozen low fat baked fries for supper. The fish was really good, I'll buy that again for sure. For lunch I had a strawberry protein smoothie.

I'd taken a workshop the last couple of days and learned some different techniques. Today I tried some new bead designs I'd had in mind for a while and now I've got a better idea how to execute them. I can't wait to see how they turn out when I pull them out of the kiln tomorrow morning.
