'Cheating', but not by choice

Wednesday, March 10, 2010

So, in order to not wreck my streaks, I'm going to continue to check them off even though I didn't get my entire planned exercise completed. Enroute home last night, my dear friend Joe called. She had come home to find her beloved cat had passed away and she was devastated. My priorities suddenly had to change. I got my dog walk in, but I didn't have a chance to do my Turbo Jam video. So, my solution is to check off yesterday's activities as completed, and to do the missed Turbo Jam video, along with today's video when I get home from work today. I don't REALLY think that's cheating... emoticon

I don't think that is cheating either. Life happens, sounds like you coped and have a make up plan. emoticon

I don't think it is, either. Your friend needed you, and you were there for her -- that was more important at the time!
