I did gain 2 lbs while I was away from home. I got sick and didn't exercise for 3 days. It took me doing cardio an hr a day to lose the 2 lbs. So I'm at no loss for last week. I'll stay on track this week.
Hope your sister is better. A two pound gain is really even within the realm of fluctuations as far as I'm concerned. It's tough enough, without having your routine disrupted. Good job.
I weigh in tomorrow and the scale hasn't dropped all week- yesterday I overdid on calories as well, and havn't looked to see if it is gonna show up. I was working out on my treadmill earlier in the week, but then my ankle swelled up from an old injury, and I haven't been able to resume. Did some riding on the exercise bike tonite for the first activity in about 3 days and it is puffed up again. Not fair--I'm being healthy!!!!!
It's easy to be impatient, but I know real progress comes slowly. Still...
