Ok, I had a great week, Mon-Fri, then the weekend hits. I packed water, granola bars, tuna snack kits, etc, and had every intention of eating those. We had very little time and seemed to be on the go constantly. I did eat out and it was very hard to plan. For the most part I made healthy choices. The food court at the mall was disappointing...all that fat, all that sodium and all that sugar! I ate a whole wheat chicken wrap with veggies and hummus and a side salad. I also stuck to bagels in the morning. I drank some water but not enough. I also had a soft serve cone and ate chocolate. This was the last big weekend for hockey and I had a great time with my son. Not going to beat myself up over it if I have a gain today. I realize that this is a long term, lifestyle change. I did not get to where I am overnight, and if I want to keep the weight off, I'm going to have to take it off slowly. So, baby steps are good. I was on track all week, I kept a diary of everything, and yeah the weekend was hard. My next challenge to myself is to make sure next Saturday or Sunday will be the same as the whole week. If I can accomplish 6/7 good days, I have met my goal! We'll see! I am very excited this time and very stubborn. I hope everyone has a great week and I look forward to the encouragement :)

    You had a good time with your son and that's the most important. Also, sounds like you made good choices most of the time so I think you are good.

    I agree, those food courts are pretty sad. 6/7 is 85.7%. That means you're doing great!
