Today's struggles

Monday, March 15, 2010

No spark e-mails today....this seems to be an on going issue.....mostly I miss the points...I want my points.....

I struggled to eat today, I dislike days when I don't really feeling like eating because I know if I don't eat then next day I'll be so hungry and want to eat just everything and anything....so I ate my planned menu .....

The knee is feeling better and I was able to ride my bike this morning plus walk too...

Tomorrow is suppose to be 65 or warmer.....Taking some people to an art show and then after lunch we will go walk the track for at least 30 minutes so will see how the old knee does then....I want to keep walking at the mall on the week ends....I might have to stop after 90 minutes and see how that goes.....

well I'm off to the hot tub and spend some time with Gary, we have such great conversations in that hot tub.....it is our special time together and it's so nice....

eat healthy and live an active life.

Hope you had a good walk. I want to thank you for sharing the struggles--I'm at the start of my Spark journey, with another two years before I look at maintenance, so it's good to be reminded that I don't just get to hit goal and then forget about things.
Reading through your older blogs gives me some survival tips for what is ahead. Again, thank you.

You're not alone, Kitt. I haven't gotten any of the point based emails on a regular basis in quite some time. Then I will get them in the morning and the same ones come again in the afternoon. It's just really strange.

Hot tubs are great for conversation and just de-stressing. As a footnote, I just started to get my emails this morning

I would love to think that at some point I might reach a point where I have to struggle to eat! That would be a brand new event for me!

Monday night in the hot tub with the husband sounds delightful!!

Hot tub with the honey sounds excellent!

The emails have been strange...I seldom get them two days in a row, and the ones I got this weekend were repeats two days in a row. Oh well. They are easy points when they come through.

Hope your knee behaves, too. It's a drag when pain like that gets in the way of being active!
