Give Me Your Tired,Discouraged,an
d Pi$$ed Off Masses !!!

Tuesday, March 16, 2010

I read one of the top blog post of the day .I believe it was Trainer James ,who posed the question about what one would do if a stranger were to talk negatively to us about our looks or weight as we often do to ourselves.I've been noticing in some of people's blogs and message board posts that they have had run-ins with strangers who've made negative comments (I had a situation myself a few weeks ago, totally unprovoked) or are getting no respect nor support from family members or friends.

My situation was with a stranger and I knew it was totally about how she felt insecure about her own unkempt appearance ,but felt she had to try to ridicule me and get my "goat" up.More often than not when people say nasty things ,sabotage or try to discourage you it's NOT about you and more about something that they feel or know that they are lacking.

So,square your shoulders, lift chin, tighten that core tired, discouraged, pissed off masses cause SNAPPEAS and Jill not Jillian got sumpin to lift those spirits and move and groove those already fab and soon to be fit A$$ES!!!
