Power 90 - two weeks in.

LOVING the workouts.
HUGE energy and the endorphins are really pumping. I can really feel myself getting stronger with every sculpt workout - it's really encouraging. Haven't lost a lb, in fact, started off by gaining a couple. I really had to make a point to press on and not let myself get discouraged. One really amazing loss - inches! I've somehow lost 2" in my waist already. Can't wait to see what's in store for me on day 30, 60... 90! I'm not a real infomercial type of person, but I can't stop blabbing about this workout.
I have to admit that this isn't really a big hurdle for me. I tend to eat pretty much the same anyway. The big issue for me was more a lack of consistency in working out. HOWEVER, I am also making a point to monitor my foods daily, which keeps me accountable overall, which I like. I do "cheat" once in a while, though I really make a point not to overdo it - ie: a small glass of wine with dinner, or a once a week splurge (I did have a cupcake on Sunday) although I try to keep it to one small item once a week, or a fake splurge (like skinny cow, etc). Funny thing is, sometimes I now finding that I'd rather have a fresh apple than anything else. So that's kind of nice!
I've chosen to stick with spark people over WOWY. Haven't even bothered to open a WOWY account.
