Re-motivated

Tuesday, March 23, 2010

Have lost a lot of motivation since returning from California. Something about a break in my routine that totally throws me off. Last week was a week of stress, milkshakes and brownies (can you say PMS) but I still managed to lose a pound.
I am back on the wagon.. I had meal delivery I received as a 40th birthday gift back in the winter. I had to put it on hold due to the extreme winter weather and the packages becoming undeliverable.
I released the hold and will be receiving meals starting today, lasting 2 weeks.
Maybe this will give me the jump start i need.
Hope everyone has a great day, we thought spring had arrived here, as we had close to 70 degree weather Saturday, but woke up this morning to snow :( Not enough to snow shoe in though. Think I will hop on my bike (indoors) today and start trying to get in to shape for spring riding.

Good going! You must have kept up with some work outs during your down period, to lose weight while 'cheating'...what's with that??? Hang in there, girl, Spring is coming! Smiles, Mary

Motivation can come and go, but as long as it comes back, you're on the right track!
Good for you! That meal delivery sounds like a most awesome gift!!
