If you answered Yes to any of the above questions, why is this time different? What is contributing to your success? Please be specific.

    I've lost just over 25 lbs & gone down a full clothing size.

    What is different is the way I look at my life--I am making ME & my health a priority;
    I track my food (not just calories, but protein, calcium, & fiber too to make sure I get enough of those building blocks); I do a 10 minute SP strength video every morning 6 days a week (I love Coach Nicole's workouts!);
    I stay hydrated (8 glasses of water works well for me);
    and I'm working on getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

    I have made & am still making slow, doable changes in my life.

    Hi Patricia, I've almost lost 15 pounds. This time is different because it feels different. Instead of feeling bad for myself or deprived of what I can't eat, I focus on all the wonderful things I can eat. I look at people in the grocery store and feel bad for them because they don't seem to know what I know (based on what they have in their shopping cart). This site has also made all the difference...I track my calories (which I've done before) but run the reports to make sure I'm eating a balanced menu. I try REALLY hard to get my 30 minutes of exercise in each day. It's my time and no one better get in the way. That's something else that's different...I'm putting me first. I've never done that before but if I don't take care of me, who is going to take care of everyone else?
    Hopefully my input has helped in some way. Feel free to keep in touch and we can continue to spark each other with our successes.
    Have a wonderful day,
