Stocked up the kitchen today with yummy, healthy fruits (found a good canteloupe in Ohio in March, wow!), veggies, yogurt, low-fat cheese, pretzels, and lots of other tasty things. I always feel so calm when I know I have a house full of healthy food choices. When I don't, I'm afraid of skipping meals because "there's nothing good to eat" and end up grabbing something unhealthy later. One of my best tricks to eating well is to not keep tempting stuff in my house (including stuff that's easy to turn into brownies, etc.) because if it's not there, I'll be way too lazy to go get it when the munchies strike at night!
