My Schedule, My Plan

Starting work this week has been incredibly difficult....and already by the third day I'll be managing the place by myself (seems a silly choice by the manager, but whatever). This week, so far, I haven't gone to any Zumba class, nor have I strength trained (I haven't been to the gym AT ALL). This new schedule (which hopefully won't be the same next week - I'm working a lot more this week because of Easter) is really annoying and making it terribly difficult to find time to workout. I did Zumba at home once (using 5 of my class's songs/routines and doing it on my back porch). Doing Zumba at home is much less satisfying. I enjoy the class because there are people to laugh with, talk to, watch, etc. It's more social and it keeps me wanting to do it. Zumba is a Party! Zumba at home is lonely. But I will try to keep doing it and I'm going to try to make a new schedule for myself for going to the gym in the morning (which I don't really like to do because I'm an evening person). I should be going to Zumba on Friday night (only OFF day) and Saturday morning (before work).
Tentative Workout Schedule:

Sun - Cardio before work.

Mon - Cardio/ST before work.

Tues - Cardio before work.

Wed - Cardio/ST before work.

Thurs - Cardio before work.

Fri -Zumba @ 5:30-6:30pm. ST before/after Zumba.

Sat - Zumba @ 10:00-11:00am.
Until I know what my more permanent schedule at work is going to be this is only temporary. I think it helps to write it out, though.
