Back On Track

Thursday, April 01, 2010

After 3 successful days I can now say that I am back on track. For the last 3 days I've been recording my food thus counting calories on SP, I've been walking around the track with my 13 year old nephew, and I've been cooking instead of buying fast food. I'm disappointed to know that I let myself cross the 400 pound mark but elated that I'm finally doing something that will eventually get me back under 400 pounds and on my way to losing the weight I wanted to lose when I first joined SP.

I am happy to report that things are going well in my life in several areas and thus things seem to be coming together for me. My dad was just here visiting me and hubby at our home last week. He was on a long road trip to visit many of the states on the West that he's never seen before. His trip allowed me to also met up with him and visit for a few days in Las Vegas (my gambling destination of choice). I'm also happy to say that my house is finally 100% back in order since the remodel last year. Also, my hubby and I are making plans to hopefully have a baby before too long and things in my life are just aligning themselves. They say that weight loss is harder when things are out of whack and easier when things are in order, I have to say I'm starting to think this saying is true.

Have been missing you ~ glad to read that you are getting refocused with your goals.

I too am refocusing ~ my transformation is slow, sometimes filled with painstaking moments, but looking forward to new growth & positive experiences.

    Welcome back!!! emoticon emoticon
