Still on track...

Despite a day of photography I still managed to do my Chalean Extreme video (burning around 144 calories) and run/walk a mile followed up by 10 minutes on the elliptical, giving me 250 calories burned of cardio.

Today's video was good, but involved a few lunge/squat, calf raise moves that my knees just can't handle right now. I'm still hoping that this horrible knee pain is due to relaxin or some other pregnancy hormone(s). It hasn't really gotten worse, though I did kneel down to take some pictures of the cutest twin girls and Craig had to pull me up from that kneeling position.

I took Jilly on my run and she loved it. I kept my heartrate below 155 for the most part, ran 4 minutes, walked 2 minutes and finished the mile loop in 15 minutes, one minute better than the last run.

Tomorrow I hope to do my Chalean video and walk two miles with Logan and Jilly while Craig does his P90X video. Then it's off to the barn to hopefully ride and get some Logan Easter pictures.

    don't ignore knee pain. I walked around for years with knee pain and blew it off, thinking what can they do, I don't want surgery. the ortho docotr had some good medical treatments and I am now doing 5K's and training for a trialthalon. After saying for years that I can't run because of bad knees. Loosing 30 pds did not hurt either. My knees aren't perfect, and there is some things I still can't do, but they are much, much better.
