30 day shred day 1

Ok today I have added 30 day shred to my program so I go to curves 5 days a week and am doing the 30 day shred program.
I got through the whole workout but struggled.... It kicked my butt !! So I guess thats good my muscles are a little shaky.
But I feel really good hope I can make 30 days of this!!
