Day 2 30 Day Shred!

I did my curves workout for 30 min then came home and did the 30 day shred!! wow am I sweating!! I guess thats good burning that fat!

I did a little better today still didn't make it all the way through the cardio part had to walk fast on parts but I did keep it going!!

I feel really good!
