Day 4 Of 30 Day Shred and workout!

well I did my workout at curves burned 297 cal so almost to that 300 mark!!

Did day 4 of jm 30 day shred did pretty good had a hard time through the first cardo had to bring it to a walk .

I sort of did the pushups put a coushion under my knees .

but did the rest of the cardio!! yeah me

My legs are feeling tighter and I think my tummy to so its working just got to keep going!!
