First of all, whew!

I just completed Jillian's No More Trouble Zones full 40-minute circuit training workout. Lemme say...that is a crazy hard workout. You will sweat and shake and ache in many many places. BUT it feels amazingly awesome to complete it. That's where the WOOOO comes in.
Now I'm going to have a protein shake and some water and relax for a bit, then go for a scenic bike ride through some trails by a river.
Note: This DVD is full of strength training and cardio because Jillian believes that strength training doesn't burn enough calories so she always combines cardio with strength training (usually through circuits). Below are the ST exercises in this 40 minute (7 circuit) workout (which I created a "workout" for on the fitness page so that I wouldn't have to keep entering this whenever I do her DVD):
I know it's small.

I hate that SP takes the quality down THAT much. Anyways, you can still read it if you try reallly hard. Also, you can go to my "shared" fitness and food trackers for April 7, 2010 and see it plenty big! Also, the list of the exercise, reps, etc. isn't listed anywhere that I know of. I went through the DVD once and wrote down everything so that I'd had the name of each exercise. If you get the DVD and decide to enter the exercises in your tracker, feel free to copy mine (editing only the weight you use -- Jillian uses 3lb dumbbells, so I figured that was good enough for me).
