week 2 on 30 day shred and my wight loss

ok I messed up a little on my last blog entry I only lost 1 inch around my hips but still I ended up with 5 inches lost.

I added a 50 min walk to my workout today so I did my curves came home did my 30 day shred and then walked for 50 min. I am hoping this will help that scale to start moving but I am feeling great!!
