Nope, not one extra bite...

Day Two of Josh being away is now over, on to Day Three.

Happy to report, no binging. And yesterday was definitely a binge-worthy day. I actually made a list of all the things that annoyed me or frustrated me yesterday, culminating with my husband stupidly buying an I-Phone while in Vegas (we have the Sprint Family plan, which means he could have added on service for $19.99, unlimited internet and text but instead, he has now added $600 minimum onto our annual phone services costs above what I was paying because now we have a primary AT&T account too, on a two-year plan). I read him the riot act and then just felt bad about reprimanding him for just buying himself something. I tend to panic when things are outside of my control. Now I have to rework my entire Sprint plan to see where I can carve it down by $50 a month.

Anyway, very annoying but I'm analyzing what sets me off and making sure not to react with food.

On a plus (or rather, minus) note: Weight Watchers Meeting #4 today, lost .6 lb. Not bad after a 4lb loss last week. Plus I wasn't weighing myself for part of the week, being less obsessive. Wow, it can come off even while you're not watching and studying it. Amazing.

    Great for you not binging over the stress. Its hard to do!

    I try to replace the one bad habit for another that's a good one.

    Munch on carrots or something crunchy and low calorie if you do have to eat to relieve stress-----not chocolates or bad foods!

    That's terrific! Not the iPhone debacle but the not-letting-it-make-you-binge part. One of the biggest hurdles is finding out why we revert to our bad habits, and it looks like you've breezed over it. Good job.
