What We Can Learn from Goldilocks!
Thursday, April 22, 2010
I bet you think this is a lecture about not going into other people’s houses when they are off picking berries in the forest. Nope! Although that’s not a nice thing to do, I’m figuring that most of you already have that one down.
So what else did Goldilocks teach us, you ask? Clear and simple, it is moderation. Papa Bear and Mama Bear chairs, beds, plates and with a little imagination, probably their clothes sizes, too, were all JUST TOO BIG. Everything about the baby bear was JUST RIGHT. His cup, his plate, his everything was scaled back and just perfect for our Goldilocks. So remember, baby bear plates and baby bear portions when dishing up your own meals so you can be as trim and fit as our trespassing, house wrecking Goldilocks.
