Bad Mood but still working out!

Well just got my period and having cramps like I'm a teenager...eeeeer But....

I did my curves workout and 30 day shred it kicked my butt today cause I missed 2 days this week.

they put me on more calories at curves to boost my matabelizm (sorry about the spelling) so let's see what happens next week!!

    Girl, you are better than me. I just got my monthly visitor and I was so crampy that I couldn't get off my bed for three hours. I am still trying to talk myself into joining the gym. Good job!

    Sometimes for me bad moods (and aggrivation at cramps, which I too am suffering this week!) sometimes make me push harder cause I am angry and want to "fight" it out of me.

    Yay for getting your work out in! Hope the upping cals helps lower the weight!
