Well I got bored today so decided to exercise..... I did 30 min shred and banish fat which is anohter jm workouts!!
so on to week 3 on 30 DAY SHRED starting tomorrow!!
It was funny this week cause I was down 2 lbs but on my weigh out day I was up 2 lbs go figure!!
