My Saturday Workouts!

Well I got bored today so decided to exercise..... I did 30 min shred and banish fat which is anohter jm workouts!!

so on to week 3 on 30 DAY SHRED starting tomorrow!!

It was funny this week cause I was down 2 lbs but on my weigh out day I was up 2 lbs go figure!!

    I am going to start working really hard on my eating now its really agravating doing all this work and not loose much weight... Maybe you can help me with it?

    good job! You've stuck with this a long time!! I think you've done better than Starting monday im going to try really hard only to miss 1 day a week of working out, hopfully i can accomplish that goal!!!
