Happy Saturday

Good day..

Good day in the exercise department

Kept busy so I did not have time to worry about not eating healthy....

went to the produce market, got the most yummy strawberries, lot of veggies for next week.
found some new recipes to try next week..
eating new recipes seems to help with eating, when I get bored with the same old thing I seem to eat more ....

thought about ways to keep active, going to check out a bike place that my buddy Sock told me about.....new exercise is important to keep me interested.....

well it's about hot tub time.....

Hoping to get up and get my walking done.....

Have a restful night

Sounds like a good day -- hooray! I hope that bike place is good -- my friend said the one in Aurora is good, so that's where I'm headed when I'm ready to hit the road on the real bike again. I'm going to start looking for new recipes as well. My daily routine is working well, and I don't want to become bored. Time to start checking a few recipes here and there and look for some new favorites.

Enjoy that hot tub -- it sounds heavenly!

The hot tub sounds wonderful. I need to get over to the spa and soak tomorrow.

I try to make at least one new recipe each week. I've found lots of favorites that way!
