ok starting week 3 ...

took me three weeks or start of week 3 but I can officially get through the whole workout without cheating....:)
my shirt is soaked half way down ... Thats good!
Now I really need to get this eating thing in order so I can start dropping more weight but I feel good and I feel strong and toned!!
I will report on May 1st thats when I get weighed and measured at curves.
