Week #2

Okay, let's go straight to the numbers. I loss about 1.0 %+ body fat this week. Which is a good, blah, blah,blah. However, I didn't excerise at all this week. So, I placed #4 overall. I actually should've placed last. At least I exercised today-3 miles baby!!
