Last Night with my Trainer

Last night was my last night with Gwen, and she kicked my butt for that reason. I did a barbell complex and then kettlebell workout and ab circuit. Wow, everything hurts!! We also did the body fat caliper which was exciting. I haven't done quite as well as I would like to have reported as far as weight loss- I lost 4 pounds in the last 6 weeks. BUT- I am very proud of the fact that I lost 7 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle, coming to the 4 pound loss. My body fat percentage went from 25.5 (28 the first time we did this) to 21.4!! Wow, that is major! I am super excited about this, especially because gaining lean muscle is more important to me than hitting a specific weight anyway.
So, when we do our semi-annual weigh in this weekend at drill, I won't have to be measured to see if I am within the allowed BMI range, because my weight is low enough. Yay!! And I am planning on doing some really good things in May to ensure that I hit my goal weight in a timely manner. I will post those goals in the next couple of days because I want to seriously think about them since April I kind of blew them off.
