1. What is your number one fitness goal you would like to achieve?
To reach a point where I never have to change clothes because I don't think they fit right to hide my imperfections.

2. What outfit are you dying to wear?
A beautiful evening gown that exposes my back- which will be sculpted!

3. Say three positive things about yourself.
I'm a nuturer- I care for everyone close to me
I have a surprising amount of inner strength
I have really strong sexy legs

4. If you could do one thing you normally wouldnt do because of your weight or size what would it be?
wear a swim suit and do the body paint to go raving, that would be amazing.

5. What is your favorite go to healthy meal?
salmon salad

6. What new exercises are you wanting to try?
Hot Yoga, thinking I am going to try it out in a couple weeks

7. Whats one thing you dont miss about being over weight?
going through my whole wardrobe and still not finding anything i think i look good in

8. What advice would you give to someone just starting out?
you will be disappointed at times, but the best thing to do is look at tomorrow as a new day and keep pushing

9. What do you do to relax?
watch TV with my boyfriend, go walking

10. You're favorite quote to live by?
