I found a paper today that I made up same time ago, it was my 10 reasons for loosing weight.

1. Be healthy
2. look better
3. wear nice clothes
4.give me more confidence
5. Have more energy
6. be more active
7. ride a bike
8. be the skinner sister
9. be proud of myself
10. live longer

So it all still applies, most I have accomplished, I'm going to say this and look at it next year and see how I'm doing.

we all have our reasons for loosing weight, have you made a list as to why you want to loose weight? it helps to have your goals written down and some place you can see them everyday.
