The scale sure has it's ups and downs...seems like I'm on the way down and then it pops up a little...but..the good thing is that I've maintained around this spot for a long time. Is this where I'm supposed to be? I don't think so....I can go lower on the scale that's for sure. I'm not concentrating as much on the scale these days. I eat real food, I don't drink much beer, I don't drink much soda ( fact hardly ever..don't even like it any more), drink more water than I ever did, and I don't eat carbs like I once did. I think I'm doing OK!!! But there is always room for improvement. I'm a little bored with my workouts, so I'm in search of something new to try. I'm not interested in joining a gym or joining a sport league..I don't want to be tied down like that. I'm experimenting with a variety of things now, so when I discover it, I'll let you know!!!

I'm with phones in vehicles!!!! Turn them off!!! I've been in favor of that since they started coming out. The call can wait.

    Nordic Walking Poles...!

They are SO cool! It's like taking the elliptical out to the street! Anything that enables me to spend more time outdoors is all right in MY book...! :-)

I look forward to hearing what you choose as a new workout. Except for my walks, which I love, I get bored with them quickly and need to rotate around.

I am in 100% agreement with you about the cell phone. I would add restaurants and conversations with spouses and friends to that list.

Hope you enjoyed your day and will find a fitness routine to spark your appetite for workouts. Sometimes the old routine can become too routine. Good luck,.
